1. Visual inspection method: When selecting the film for hot welding, all seams should be investigated. If the weld seam is clear, uniform, without wrinkles or voids, and is firmly peeled off by hand, it can be visually considered qualified. When selecting films and using KS adhesive for bonding, the bonding width should be 10cm, and there should be no warping, protrusions, delamination, holes, looseness, or missing adhesive at the joints. Damage after peeling occurs on the adhesive, not the bonding surface.

2. Vacuum method: using a set of equipment including suction cups, vacuum pumps, and vacuum machines. When testing, brush the test area clean, apply soapy water, place a suction cup, press it tightly, and vacuum it to a negative pressure of 0.02~0.03MPa, then seal the air pump. Observe for 30 seconds to see if there are any soap bubbles or drops in the vacuum gauge inside the transparent cover on the top of the suction cup. If there are any, it indicates air leakage and should be remedied.

3. Inflation method: The weld seam is double, leaving a cavity of about 10mm between the two. Seal both ends of the test section, insert an air needle, inflate to 0.05-0.2MPa (depending on the membrane), observe for 30 seconds, and investigate the vacuum gauge. If the air pressure does not decrease, it indicates that there is no leakage and the joint is qualified. Otherwise, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

4. Sampling testing method: Take a sample of about 1000 square meters and conduct a tensile strength test. The strength should not be lower than 80% of the base material, and the sample should not break at the joint, otherwise the joint quality will be unqualified.
